Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

To initiate a return, please contact us at studiorosselle@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Rosselle Studio cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studiorosselle@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved..
Refunds
Rosselle Studio does not offer refunds for returned items.
If your return is approved and received in accordance with our return policy, you may be eligible for a store credit or exchange at our discretion. Refunds to the original payment method will not be issued except where required by applicable law.
