Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Rosselle Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
International Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

Delayed Deliveries

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the package and product.
